Interesting announcement by Cytec after the close of the market on Friday. We will see how their stock responds to this.

I think Neopath will be weak until they file their PMA but I don't think that you will get the opportunity to but it at $14 or $15. We will see. But they might file the PMA at any time and once people know the date of the filling, I think the opportunity to get in at these low prices will be gone for good.
