Evor,

You seem to know a great deal about RICK's. Are you in the industry or a patron living in Houston? Where do you get you information on the Houston City Counsel.

Also, in the last 10Q, Rick's mentions that the city of Houston agreed to defer implementation of the ordinance until the constitutionality of the entire ordinance was decided in a court trial on July 14, 1997.

Do you know what the result of this trial was?
