Bookdon, Europe has a very well educated workforce, almost to educated....I recall working with many German field service engineers that had masters degrees, one had a PHd in physics and was unable to find a job in his expertise because the competition was so tough... The point being that if everyone is educated to a high level that mediocrity will become commonplace....this is a genuine issue in Europe today....of course their labor laws also contribute to the issues they are facing.
