Some of their modems are upgradable from 28K to 33K. A friend
just bought a 28K winmodem today. He can go to the USRX website,
download a file, and turn it into a 33K. I don't know if this can be
done with all their modems.

The reason I bought a USRX modem was perceived quality. And
it sure has lived up to my expectations.
