You may not agree with his viewpoint, but it is a reasonable one, and is entitled to a hearing. It doesn't matter who agrees with this viewpoint given that his boss, the commander and chief, has made it perfectly clear that he doesn't want to play into this notion advanced by the bad guys that it's a religious war. Maybe he's right and maybe he's wrong, but he is the President and there is a war on and generals are supposed to say "yes, sir."
