I used to own some SCCI (when they were featuring their nanotechnology connection in the press releases). An interesting company that seems to have a hard time getting traction. With their recent announcements, it looks like that might be changing. I see that they brought some cash in from some private equity transactions.

Liquidity was always a problem. Up 82% today on 6,200 shares.
