Dear Silent,

Re.I don't know if anyone in the US follows the Canadian markets much but take a look at the Vancouver Exchange where the market has
unwound from a high of about 1400 to about 800 in the last few months

With all due respect for Canada and her financial infrastructure, I would say that the Vancouver market is NO proxy for Wall Street.

In fact, one of the brokerage houses I have account in (a major NY brokerage, among top 5) had once refused to place my order for a stock traded only on the VE. It was a Canadian junior gold (not thing like Bre-X) that I wanted to get into. They flatly told me most issues traded there are considered "suspects", and their firm would NEVER want to get involved in them.

Just wish to share my perspective, please don't take it personal.
