It certainly isn't bullish for those displaced from jobs, who will have to find new employment at lower prices. But it's bullish for everyone else.

The US$ the India workers get paid will flow around the world, lubricating the economic wheels everywhere, including the USA. The USA is the main beneficiary of US$ being used around the world as the measure of value.
