I like sprt and am waiting for them to come around. There is some potential there at least for now. Long term I think this is a part of a CRM offering. If Siebel does well with upshot they will probably go into the area where sprt plays. This brings up an interesting point re:Sebl, companies with large installed bases that are left for dead can sometimes resurrect themselves if there is activity in some peripheral area.

In software right now (fundamentally) I like macr, otex and rhat the best. The reason Itwo probably looks good is because they were left for dead, but imho that part of the business is not really healthy or anything to brag about. This is the deep backoffice. Itwo had the semis and high tech as their main customer base, and with a resurgence in teh industry they will probably rise a little but overall the traditional supply chain is getting taken over by psft, orcl and sap. So just a valuation and "I'm still alive" play there, unless I2 has some new products I am not aware of.
