Jesus wasn't perfect either. But Jesus was definitely a liberal. When you attempt to demonize liberals, remember that. Bushies take from the poor and working people and give to the rich. Jesus prached the opposite. That and love were his two basic messages. In his time he rebeled against the rich, the hypocrites and those who had corrupted the temple. Jesus also said taxes are okay "render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" and the peace-making is far more noble a thing than war-making. "Blessed are the peace-makers". He also preached to turn the other cheek. All in all, Jesus would make the perfect democrat. Much more perfect than Ted Kennedy. Personally, I think Ted Kennedy is a cad. But politically he is commendable. Rush Limbaugh and Bill Bennett are cads on both counts, not to mention complete hypocrites.
