Anindo & Lizzie,
I have invested in SPRT on and off for the last 3 years. They are part of SEBL's offering (ERM) and SEBL actually uses them in-house. I believe they are overvalued down to about $8 but then again I rode from $2 to $6 then $6.5 to $7.5 and have been out from there to the recent $14!

After looking at this PR I would be a little nervous as a SPRT long but I don't know how much, if any, of a threat this poses (as a matter of fact I was thinking about buying Puts early last week). IBM actually uses and resells SPRT for their Global Services and on servers, notebooks and recently wireless devices (I have spoken with their IR dept. and autonomic computing is not associated with SPRT - it's a very high end data mining type of product developed in-house at IBM):

On ITWO, based on the ZACKS strong buy upgrade (which I think is awful rare on a pink sheet stock), the fundamentals (bad balance sheet though), and the P/S < 1.7x still is a strong buy. I own a ton and bought some MANU also on Friday which is now at about the same P/S valuation
