I agree with all you have stated.

(a) Management of debt and its creation
(b) Globalism and the export of US jobs to areas of lower cost

a+b to me can be lumped into currency control.
Surplus currency adds another problem to an increase in demand that bids for limited supply and increases the costs.

(c) US militarism, especially at the behest of Israel.

I can't respond to this as this to me falls into judgment and the upholding of laws. How can you uphold the law if you have a defunct judicial system and in this case it is called the UN.

Africa is not alone in her judicial problem.
