Non-Tech : bad experience in Charles Schwab recently

I'm leaving Schwab, too.
I trade options alot. For the last few months, I cannot get an order filled in
less than 20 minutes, that includes 10 contract orders! If the order is for
100 or more they cannot execute under 40 minutes most of the time.
When I complain I get negative responses and management does not
return my phone calls. One of my Schwab 500 team memebers told me
'it's only 1/8 of a point...If it's execution you're concerned about you should
call us directly'. I pointed him to the Web Trading Ad that touts their
fast execution time. Another point is that if my husband calls, they call
him back. Several other women traders I know maintain that Schwab's
service is much worse for women than men. But, bottom line is they get
lousy fills.
