Steve,I have been busy sorry about the delay in answering you would like to give some response to your question about conference call. I did not like Stemple wasting a half hour on reading the 8k-10k report. (we investors can read at least most of us.)I did not like cutting conference call before a lot of questions were unasked. I did not like Metzer venting about how many start ups ECD has at once one time. As if we investors had something to do with it. It was not made clear to me why it took to 2004 to get to cash flow neutral in the solar operation. No battery orders announced but will be in full operation an have a good cash flow in 2006.(It does not compute.) I will have to listen to that part over I might have it wrong. To have positive news is to have Stan call a press conference at announcement of the cognitive computer to public. It looks like the old days to me racing the clock with our cash burn. If that abitration goes against ECD will be selling off pieces of ECD. I got the feeling they were fillerbusting on some answers, as to not answer some yet unasked questions. Have you any comets on the meeting? Also I think the directors were letting them self off easy with a 10% salary cut.
