Paul all I can say is that it looks like a first class organization. Workers are well treated (I am sure their wages are less than their American counterparts, but for Quebec City's standards of living, it's all right), well equipped too.

What they are doing sounds (I haven't witnessed anything) also efficient. In résumé, they received calls from all over North America (even Europe) to fix problems in the health sector (I don't remember which problems). Anyway, that's what those call centers do most of the time...
