this is the first 3 year period since the depression where the US has lost jobs overall, 2.5 million jobs actually. So things are definitely not good in the labor force.

There are problems in the labor force, and the problems will continue until Americans realize that they are overpaid. Ten years ago we had a lock on tech knowledge. It's gone. The competition is getting closer, and they are a whole lot cheaper.

As I've said before, I find it hard to get upset about jobs migrating from a country with 6% unemployment to a country with 15% unemployment. Sometimes the realities of competition are painful. They are still realities.
