wfrazee! hi, I was wondering if you held this stock thru the winter months. CAFE dropped to about .22 cents then after about 30 days it shot back up to over $1.00-the time frame was about dec.22nd to feb. I was reading in my series 7 study guide for the reg. representatve exam on taxes and something caught my eye about "not being able to write off a loss if the stock was repurchased within 30 days" and it seemed that CAFE had moved just as if that had happened.- the chances of that happening again are slim this year since the price has'nt moved up enough to create a heavy loss. Is this an interesting possible play on a beaten down stock or a version of the "january effect" for all small caps? I'd be curious to know what you think.jh
