At some point, Kodak will be kicked out of the Dow Jones Industrial Average...

Agreed... And AT&T and International Paper are likely candidates to be ex-officio DJIA as well...

Possible replacements might include UPS, Pfizer, AIG, Cisco, Dell, Wells Fargo, Verizon, Amgen, Fannie Mae (or Freddie Mac) Oracle, Medtronic, eBay or Time Warner... All of these companies have something to offer towards the make-up of the DJIA, but only UPS would seem to be uniquely representative of the economy as a whole and therefore would be my choice as the next likely candidate...
