Why aren't you demanding that they scrap that law? So much for your "support" of the troops! Why aren't you? It sounds like a pretty crummy requirement at first blush, but I haven't looked into its history or the reasons why it was enacted in 1981. Have you? Back to the subject: You still haven't answered why you're pinning that 1981 law on GWB. First you blamed GWB for it, and now you're blaming me for it. Dipy, you're lashing out irrationally.
