Thanks for the temporary Quote.

In fairness to ECD they have said in the past that the solar plant would not be producing a profit before sales were in the 25 megawatt range. Which they predicted would be in late 2004. You would think that they would be cash flow positive long before that.

Why haven't they spun this company off as a separate entity by now? They could have done given a stock dividend to the shareholders and did an IPO to raise working capital?
