expects a slight delay in submitting its 2003 annual filing to the
SEC, which may result in a temporary change of the company's ticker
symbol to GMPWE.

normal auditor being away on holidays and a sudden flurry of business
activity, has put us slightly behind in submitting our 2003 annual

process is complete. We are also enacting provisions to help ensure
all future filings are submitted on time."
