Re the rumor-news cycle, that's my guess for at least part of today's selloff. The price runup in the last month indicates that extremely high expectations were built into this stock, which resulted in a dangerous risk/reward profile going into the earnings release. maybe there are some broader lessons here for the current earnings season. I have not yet listened to the conf call, so I'm not sure if they gave any guidance or other information that might call into question the current valuation. Sitting on the sidelines until further notice...
