The latest news from Olivier, who is "fighting the good fight" in my opinion...

Today the Presiding Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia GRANTED my Motion for a Preliminary Injunction against The Virginia Department of Taxation. I in that motion requested that the Court issue an Order:

(a) Enjoining defendant the Virginia Department of Taxation (“Virginia”) from taking any action to seize [my] assets anywhere in the United States or elsewhere;

(b) Compelling Virginia to notify any and all banks, credit unions, financial institutions and national credit bureaus notified of liens it issued against [my] assets on or after June 27, 2000 that any such liens placed on [my] assets were placed in error and must be expunged from [my] credit history

(c) Compelling Virginia to immediately launch a thorough investigation of the liens placed on [my] assets, and any and all Virginia employees and unaffiliated individuals or companies associated therewith; and

(d) Compelling Virginia to strike from its records the liens against [me].

I give my warm thanks to Yogi for keeping you all informed. It's important that you know. As I cannot repeat enough, and I know - and sadly also know that most are no longer reading SI because they do not want to remember the terrible things that were done them - there are many of you out there who this affects. I promised you some things, that my best would not be for only myself but many of you. I intend to keep my word. A good beginning but just the beginning.
