Dittoheads wants prison for pot-smokers but heaven for Rush, the hard-core rich junkie hypocrite. One of the major problems we have with our government budgets is the sheer waste of tens of billions on putting small-time drug users in jail and through the justice system. Most of these drugs are far less harmful than the pills Rush was snarfing down on a daily basis, or even the alcohol GW was pouring down his throat for decades.
