Only mention I have heard is by way of exclusion.

It is a CNS target, but it is not cntf. Nor is it il-6. It has been in kky obese mice, .3mg/kg - 10mg/kg, with 'big' reduction in wight gain, of Meridian proportions, by reduction of food consumption.

Not much, but is all I have.
