<No, not everything gets blamed on 9/11. Clinton gets blamed for allowing all the pre-9/11 terrorism to occur, unanswered, that led up to 9/11 ('93 WTC bombing, Khobar Towers bombing, African embassies bombings, USS Kole bombing). With a bolder response in the '90's, it wouldn't have happened.> I'm sure he would have done more, had he not been defending himself from self-serving Newt and the Republicans trying to impeach him for a blow job.
