But their welfare- entitlement system is alive and well. Why work when you can get paid by the govt of France to do nothing? I take it you have never been to the People's Republic Of California? We'll give a drivers license to the crowds so they can get groceries for those with money and escape social security and other employment taxes. Then those with jobs working can pay higher taxes to cover their medical care. The government goes along with it because they get raises and better retirement plans each year. We recently had a coup and installed Arnold to Terminate this direction but I am not holding my breath.
