Kagi, take the printer cable off the security lock and then try running GET. If no conflict then your HP OFFICEJET is sending a port check to the port. What's happening is both GET ad HP are trying to check the port status at the same time. You can turn this off through
the HP properties box. Refer to HP manual to turn this device off.
Only the office combo printer, fax, copy machine have these port
checkers.

For the MS files type in the following in the computrac path:
C:\ DO NOT TYPE ANTHING ELSE

make sure you turn the green light or path ON.
Then hit RESCAN (this will force GET to read all MS files)
