OTOH, Clinton did a lot of damage by not being able to keep his zipper closed in the White House. It is sickening to think that, while American soldiers were risking their lives to protect our country, Clinton was chasing a young intern around the Oval Office. Still, in all, I am not convinced that Clinton was worse than Carter.
