Teri, thanks for the reference. The PPI is a measure of wholesale prices. If these have been going down for 6 straight months, then why haven't we seen a similar decline in consumer prices? How long will it take for lower producer prices to trickle through the economy? Real estate values in the DFW area are more than a passing interest of mine. I own a rent house in Ft. Worth. Rentals are at a premium right now. Again, I've seen no evidence of generally lower consumer prices. Ice
