Another problem with Ven is that equity markets are quite pricey with equities being one of the few ways of taking capital out of the country. Also there are problems paying dividends to offshore holders. I am looking at Bolivia - that is one country with energy and chaos. I am having some difficulty finding stuff however. Cheers
