As China is developing further, less and less brain power would ever want to leave their own country. Comparing with 10 years ago, now already much less college graduates want to go abroad, and those who want to go abroad, most of them do not plan to stay on after they graduate. And those who already graduated in the US, more and more have returned back to China.
