Not sure what all of that means - the two companies
are paying off debt owed to each other in shares?

AS far as I can see it is just a way of 'merging' the interests.

But does that not cost more than actually just having
one of them take over the other?

Would we not save on everything from exchange fees to
letterhead and AGMs?

I may not be spending enough time thinking about it -
but it really doesn't mean a thing to the actual growth
or development of something that will increase shareholder value.

Am I wrong - or is this not more book keeping than is needed?

I own NO Flag at this point - lost patience waiting for something
or anything to happen.

I got a lot of friends into the stock but now regret it.

Gold is going nuts - many juniors are going nuts - Flag is going no where.

I do not fault anyone involved and am sure every one is doing their best
- but nothing substantial seems to ever happen with Flag.

Crappy little exploration stocks with moose pasture are going up these days...

but not Flag.

I'm out - with no faith to get back in.
