What do you mean "certify" the copies? Are you suggesting subpoenas and an investigation? By whom?

Certified copy, is just that..."Certified" with a hand stamp and signed by the person representing the issuing Department of National, State, or local Government. It costs more to have a certified copy, but you can be sure that it is an official copy of the original document on file with that Governmental Agency.

If I thought that the documents you noted from the web had any serious merit, if it were me, BEFORE I posted them on my web site, I would have made SURE they were CERTIFIED documents. Otherwise they are worthless.

There are blocks of people in LA for instance, that one can get made up birth records, drivers licenses, etc.....not legal of course, but look like they might be.

Do you want to believe something that might be important without proof?

I don't.
