re: total dollar volume on the naz what is this figure exactly- the dollar amount of both buys and sells for the year? Where do you find this information? I am trying to find the total capitalization in the naz in 2000 vs. today. I can't find it anywhere. Your point of total dollar volume also makes the same point I would make with capitalization... 6 billion vs. 20 billion at peak so around 70% down is about right.
