Based upon our past communications I must interpret your actions or non-actions as you have abandoned the enforcement of the TOU. Your reason to me was that it took to much of your time. So I feel that those who come to SI should have the opportunity to see what SI Admin (Bob) now allows as posting consistent with SI Admin (Bob) interpretation of the TOU.
