The Contract is the TOU and that is with all and not a subset of all. To not explicitly list in the TOU that if a thread become a problem the TOU rules will be abandoned is being dishonest to all in my opinion. I believe in truth in advertising and questioning what seems a disconnect with what is right.

To that end I am in the process of creating emails to various business publications explaining my concerns and my negative opinion in the direction that SI is going. If in fact SI is allowed to continue this way then I will agressively contact all who I think should be aware of what I see as a very negative change at SI.
