I got a similar impression from QLT when they were getting Visudyne approved by the EU: that the interaction is more structured than seems to be the case with the FDA.

i.e. Written communications between the parties with pre-defined response times.

With POZN having come from the $2 area this year, isn't the market already showing substantial optimism? ... or do you think their potential revenues justifies a higher current market cap?
