MB, kind of funny if you think about how during the mania it seemed (to some) that shopping via computer and having some guy pick it out, drive it to your house, and put it away for you was the wave of the future. Instead, the future lets you locate your own stuff, scan it, bag it, and as you said, put up with computerized verbal abuse (happens to me, too...), and then run the frickin' payment system! Doubt they'll ever try that system in sports equipment stores since customers could be armed with baseball bats. <g>
