So soon after 9-11 it was not patriotic to be too openly distrustful of the president. Many who voted for the war powers resolution have him the benefit if the doubt. Bush promised to go the UN route and only invade as a last resort. He lied. Dean was nowhere in sight. He was a Monday morning quarterback who voiced opposition later with the benefit of 20-20 hindsight. What plan does Dean have for counter-terrorism now into the future? Any at all? Kerry knows what to do about Iran, North Korea and Iraq. Dean doesn't.
