Kerry seems to be able to learn from past events.

It is not unusual to assume that the President is an honest guy, especially if many people are touting him as decent. Now that Kerry has learned that Bush is either dishonest or completely out of touch with reality, he is no longer granting Bush the benefit of the doubt. We can't expect our leaders to know everything right away, but we can expect them to learn from mistakes. Junior doesn't even recognize mistakes much less learn, which is why any one of the competing candidates would be a better choice to lead the country.
