Coffee Shop threads have always been relatively hands-off. That's not something that's changed. Actually, what'd changed was my trying to rein it in more when we acquired the site. Then I was reminded about the hands-off policy with those threads, and was also very resentful of people like you who would throw sticks and stones at others then complain to me that people were throwing sticks and stones.

If you don't like the way the thread is being run (or not run), feel free to not participate on it.

This is a stock site. I really couldn't care less what people think about the GWB thread, including the participants. All I care about is the other threads.

And someone gave you a link to the post in which I said I was releasing the reins.

Read it. All of it. I also said that I was going to suspend any attacker who complains about the attacks of others. You fit extremely solidly into that category and the only reason I haven't suspended you is that I have no desire to get inundated with emails from you about how unfair I am.

You've helped make that bed. Lay in it or don't. Your choice.

But your demands that I go fix the bed you helped screw up are going to fall on deaf, busy ears.
