Right after 9/11, I saw Woolsey on TV several times. Each time, he was pumping a connection between Saddam Hussein and 9/11. Before 9/11, nobody was pumping Saddam Hussein as a terrorist threat. Looks to me like right after 9/11, they all got together and said - OK, this is the opportunity we have been waiting for.
