Many who voted for the war powers resolution have him the benefit if the doubt. Bush promised to go the UN route and only invade as a last resort. He lied.

Let's hear Kerry say that, then. I've heard Kennedy say it, I hear Kerry being a bit wishy-washy, not saying Bush lied, and saying he would have done something different, but doesn't know quite what.

Dean is clear about it. Let the inspectors inspect, go to war only upon imminent danger.

Kerry seems to want it both ways, including the Edwards way, go to war anyway, even if there weren't WMDs. That leads to the question - which way is it?
