If a person gets suspended or terminated because they ask legitimate and reasonable questions then that is what SI has become. SI has a history and interpretations of the TOU over time define more clearly the gray in the rules of the TOU. I am confused as I cannot see the gray or any shades of reason.

I ask questions and I am accused of complaining. I ask questions in what I call a civil manner and I am I belive being threatened and my personal information is posted and it is grossly wrong and false. I am called n a violator of the terms as I ask for clarification of the terms.
