I disagree, thinking it and saying that's a lie is un-American. That type judgement of anothers state of mind is un-American. You can believe if you wish that concluding and publicly proffering another is a liar when clearly he has reams more information than all these folks who state such is American. I don't call that American at all. But in this country one does not have to behave like an American. John Ascroft is protecting the rights of all Americans to be Un-American within the limits of the Constitution.
