Give me a break. Nearly every brokerage firm has NASD violations, including Merrill Lynch, Prudential, Smith Barney, blah blah blah. Nearly every market maker has violations including the big firms like NITE, HRZG, and MASH. The only reason that you would post such irrelevant nonsense is because you are trying to mislead someone.
