It is important to remember that the Iraq war was optional. cnn.com Saddam was in a box, if he died, any son would have been in a box. He could not attack us or any neighbor, he was not friends with the Al Qaeda or the Ansar al-Islam. Saddam was impotent to harm the U.S.A. This quagmire is a result of Cheney's desire for oil money.
