Del, I think their is a rule with nasdaq that a company needs to have 25 million in equity or it gets kicked off the exchange. At one time it was only 5 million. Once they got kicked off,after the "Manning suit", ECD had a hard time getting equity to get back on. That's when it was 5 million. It s been a long time since I when through this with ECD if it happened once it can happen again. If anyone knows anything about this rule please comet or straighten my memory out. 35 million cash I wonder how much the battery and solar plants are worth in equity. I didn't know I spent so much time lurking on the Yahoo board I miss it. Looks like it will be back shortly. Allen
