Grommit, thanx for the information on HMAR and the gerneral investment advice.
I checked out HMAR's Web site yesterday and asked for the investor package. All of the few companies that i have owned stock in have been involved in some sort of manufacturing; should be interesting trying to evaluate this company.

One of the things that i am interesting is how they plan to finance the acquisitions. You mentioned that they said in the conferance call that "they raised a ton of money." Did they do that by issueing more stock? Looks like the number of shares outstanding increased dramaticly over last year (?from 2.5 million to 15.5 million?). Is the replay of the call still available, and if it is could you please post the phone number?

Also, you said: "Day rates are rising."
I have been looking into some drilling companies and it seems that day rates for deep-water rigs are at the highest they have ever been. I haven't been able to figure out who sets them and how often, but it seems that sometime in August they will be set for (what ever length of time that who ever sets them sets for). Could you comment on your statement the "Day rates are rising"?

P.S. My Dad is a certified Bean Counter and guides me, but i make the final decissions. Year to date we have paper gains more than doubling the DOW and NASDQ's performance.
